The Team focuses on measuring and improving the balance of efficient and inefficient time use, name-plate capacity use and quality- related losses.
Result:
In the end of the program Team knows how to apply OEE and 3 x T.
Improvement in efficiency of the Production management is seen by OEE growth.

Development and implementation of GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices quality improvement program
The Program lasts several months in the form of two two-day sessions per month. It is deployed in parallel with Alignment management program 3 x T- Team,Track &Try
A Team of GMP is formed and its leader appointed. The Team is trained on methodologies as well as the processes of GMP and 3 xT.
The Team focuses on measuring and improving the performance results as regards quality. GMP categories and scoring system per category are applied.
At the very start The Team suggests the choice of GMP category to focus on regarding Team's efforts to improve quality.
Result:
At the end of the program The Team knows how to apply GMP and 3 x T.
Improvement in efficiency of the Quality management is seen by GMP scores growth.
Development and implementation of annual budgeting program in the frames of a given strategy.
Program lengths 2- 3 months. Budgeting team is formed. Representatives of the key Departments of the Firm are included into the Team. There are several sessions per month with the Budgeting team. Sessions cover the following topics:
Financial modelling of the Firm's Objectives.
Plan of activities of the Departmens of the Budgeting Team.
Coordination of annual plans of every Department with annual Firm's Objectives.
Synchronization among annual activities plans of all Departments.
Allocation of annual personal Objectives to each member of the Budgeting Team through the MBO - Management by Objectives system. *)
