MBO System development
Developed and implemented MBO motivational system for above 30 managers of the Firm.
MBO supports shift to mentality of high performance
System linked with motivation through bonus targets of annual budget. System's features:
Alignment with the Firm's budget
- System rewards for achieving personal objectives and rewards for achieving Firm's objectives
- If the degree of difficulty increases automatically bonus is also increased.
- When the objective is overperformed the rate of the bonus is higher as compared to when objective is just about performed.
